I feel that accepting that you are doing any of the following during a situation, you can release the negativeness of them, and thus change you way of living dramatically.
Acceptance is the key
DONT:
- Be Afraid
- Give up
- Be someone you're not
- Take things for granted
- Do what you don't belive is right
- Miss out on an opportunity
- Lose faith
- Think negative thoughts
- Be egotistic
- Dont over think
In following the above, you can live a happier life.
There is so much more you can achieve from your existance here on this planet, you just need to get away from too many material possessions and reduce your ego because this is not who you really are.
